The force and power behind the Binaco Dynasty was a young and dynamic Gobind P. Bhojwani determined to be a business tycoon and a mega star in the financial world right after his graduation in 1968. A philanthropist at heart, numerous plaques displayed in his office, describe his involvement in homeless shelters and construction of a Hindu Temple for the Indian community to worship in thus earning him a street named “Bhojwani Lane.” Binaco family is also instrumental in the construction of a grand and versatile stage of the Central Piedmont Community College’s Cash Auditorium. Their financial contribution and assistance in the Police Department, Fire and Sanitation Departments, Asian Chamber of Commerce and others are just a few organizations they have been involved in.

Jaya Bhojwani Gupta joined the company in 1995 after earning her bachelor’s degree with majors in English and Finance. Over the past eleven years, Jaya, a fully accredited Mortgage Broker, has worked her way up to the position of Vice President of Ivey Mortgage( a subsidiary of Binaco International). Her sharp financial capabilities and aggressiveness in decision making has brought Ivey Mortgage to the levels of other reputable and respected mortgage brokers and lending institutions of our nation. Her moto of “THERE IS NO SUCH LOAN AS AN IMPOSSIBLE LOAN” strives on numerous referrals from past clients.

Vijay Bhojwani, joined the company in 1998. His magnetic and compassionate personality with customers and tenants inspired his growth in acquiring B Ventures, Also a subsidiary of Binaco’s. This young Vice President leads the real estate division and construction. Vijay purchases, refurbishes, sells and leases residential and commercial properties in the greater Charlotte area. His activity in this area of business complements that of Jaya and her mortgage company. Today a proud owner of a retail & office suites known as the Ivey Mini Mall located on the 2nd floor of the “ Ivey’s Building” (former Bank of America Offices). This multi-million dollar company is just one of his successful ventures like the name states.
