Binaco International, Inc. is a multi-faceted family operated company located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, standing tall among the finest nationwide corporations of our queen city. This thirty year landmark of May 1977 was founded by Gobind (Garry) Bhojwani also known as “Mr. B” and wife, Bina Bhojwani, for whom the company was named after.

Currently based in Charlotte, this company’s roots can be traced back to Hong Kong, Malaysia and New York City. Clearly capturing the international roots and following their parent’s footsteps of a family operated company, a chain of men’s retail stores was the first business venture that built the foundation as a successful financial empire of this company. Climate and outstanding southern hospitality was also the key role in the upbringing of their two children along with his visions and predictions of a boom in the uptown real estate market of Charlotte.

As the retail business prospered, pursuing his vision, Mr. B decided to challenge himself to a bold move to acquire prime real estate locations and thus building a sound real estate portfolio.

Binaco’s commercial acquisitions include properties, lands and lots located in the Charlotte Metro area, free standing buildings on the east and north side of the city. Also included are individual resident property holdings, shopping strips, and large commercial projects.
